Winterblitz will be held at the Museum of the American GI on Saturday January 23, 2027. This will be the SIXTH annual Winterblitz.
Tank of the Year - Stuart Lite Tank
The Tank of the Year for 2027 will be the Stuart Lite Tank and variants. This includes the M3, M5 and M8. There will be ONE Stuart Tank crowned at the winner. ALL Stuart Tank entries will be presented a Winterblitz bottle opener.
We chose the Stuart Tank and variants as there are an unlimited anount of model kits in all scales PLUS the tank was used by multiple countries. Regardless of scale, era, country, please bring your Stuart Tank in 2027!

YES!!!!! The event is open to the public. Whether you are a modeler or not, the museum and the model contest is open to the public. The museum charges the normal entry fee and viewing the contest is at NO additional charge (unless of course you are entering the contest). We encourage ALL to come see the museum and the models.
